Auckland is moving to Alert level 3 at 6am tomorrow
Following tonight’s announcement, Wentworth College and Primary will be closed at Alert Level 3.
Online lessons will commence from Period 1, Monday 1st March and will follow the normal timetable as we did successfully 2 weeks ago.
Wentworth College students may collect books from school by 12 noon on Sunday.
Essential workers
Students of essential workers may come to school at the usual time. Please note, no school buses are operating this week.
Please notify Mr Lee, Head of College, or Mr Dorset, Head of Primary, if you are an essential worker and intend to send your child to school.

Auckland is moving to Alert level 1 at 11.59pm tonight
Following today’s announcement, Auckland is at Alert level 1 from tomorrow, and the school is operating as normal.
Our classrooms will operate with the recommended appropriate social distancing guidelines and hygiene practices.
Facemasks are not required on our school buses or at school, but are optional.
If your child is unwell, please keep them at home and take advice from your GP if a test is needed.
The school keeps continually abreast of the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand, and parents will be kept informed of any changes that may affect the operation of the school.

School is open at Alert Level 2. Bus services and school will resume tomorrow morning.

Auckland is moving to Alert level 3 at 11.59pm tonight
Following tonight’s announcement, Wentworth College and Primary will be closed at Alert Level 3.
The school will be closed on Monday 15th February to allow our teachers to collect resources, and prepare for online delivery. Online lessons will commence from Period 1, Tuesday 16th February.
Wentworth College students may collect books from school by 12 noon tomorrow.
Keyworkers
Students of keyworkers may come to school at the usual time. Please note, no school buses are operating tomorrow.
Please notify Mr Lee, Head of College, or Mr Dorset, Head of Primary, if you are a keyworker and intend to send your child to school.
Further communication to follow
Parents will receive an email tomorrow explaining how online lessons will work and how to access them. We have done this successfully before, and hopefully this will be a short interruption, and we will be back at school later this week.
